A: In order to open downloaded files, you must use a ZIP utility to unzip the video file, such as WinZip or ZIP Reader by PKWare.
Q: How can I re-download my purchased clip(s)?
A: If you need to redownload your purchased clip(s), click the REDOWNLOAD link, enter your order number and credit card number, and click the 'Submit' button. An email with instructions on how to redownload your clip(s) will be sent to the email address provided at the time of check out.
Note: Your order number can be found on the receipt emailed to you upon checking out.
Q: Why are some videos more expensive than others?
A: The price of the video clips are based on the length of each clip.
Q: Why do I have to enter my address?
